Zack’s practice is focused on advising businesses in the capacity of a corporate counsel. His clients include start-up, growth and mature companies in various industries including technology, retail, manufacturing, service and investment firms.

Zack counsels his clients on a diverse range of business transactions, from corporate formations to the purchase and sale of companies, as well as the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of contracts and agreements.

Zack received his law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in English from Davidson College.
